Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Of course! We ship to almost any country in the world via Singapore Post.
Q: I placed an order. When will it arrive?
A: As of right now our products are available by pre-order only. Orders shipped from Singapore will be sent out beginning July 24th and orders shipped from the USA will be sent out from September 1st onwards.
Once the package is sent, local delivery time is between 1-3 business days and 4-12 business days internationally. Tracking is available for all paid shipping.
Q: I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late.
A: Please refer to our customer care form and we will get back to you ASAP.
Placing an Order
Q: How do I order online?
A: 1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity and clicking "add to cart".
2. A sidebar will appear from the right side of the page displaying your total order amount. To continue shopping simply click outside of the sidebar and continue browsing or select "Checkout" to proceed to payment
3. After selecting
Checkout simply fill out the required customer, shipping and payment information and wait for a confirmation.
Q: Do I have to make an account?
A: No, but setting up an account will make order processing and future purchases easier.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Payment is processed through PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products that have been opened. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will figure out a suitable solution. Please refer to our return policy.
OtherQ: Where can I buy your products physically?
A: Although we do not have a brick-and-mortar store, Candela Cosmetics is available at a variety of designer and entrepreneur fairs in Singapore like *SCAPE Bazaars. We also have plans to expand into retail in the near future, so stay tuned to see where you can find us next!
